How to connect WhatsApp (Embedded signup)
Sign up or sign in to Sendra.
Open Channels → Add channel → WhatsApp.
Choose Embedded Signup (recommended).
Log in with the Facebook account that owns or manages your business.
Select your Business Manager, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone number — or create a new number.
Grant the requested permissions and verify the number via OTP.
Sendra finishes the linking and webhooks automatically. Your number will appear in the inbox.
Send a test message and configure routing, teams and templates.
You need admin access to the Business Manager/WABA or permission from the owner.
